We bought a stereo receiver for our business. It broke and we brought it back within a year, they told us they did not carry the line or model, however, the employee had put it in a different box when we purchased it because it was their floor model and gave it to us on sale. They rang it through under the Brand on the box, instead of the actual make of it, so now upon fixing it, they charged us because they said we did not purchase it at their store.

Reluctant to replaced a defective lcd tv but they did after quite a hastle.

We bought a HD TV, which turned out to be damaged, as confirmed by one of their repair people (from the 'lifetime service center') who came to our house, but have not been able to contact the store manager about it.
