Had a furnace installed last month. I had been using them for years on my appliances and because of their name never thought to see if they did heating work but found their web page and got an estimate. Very professional from start to finish and I love my new furnace.

I recently went to them for a part for my gas dryer. They did not have my part in stock and had to order it from the warehouse. A couple hours later, I had my part. They went out of their way to help me get what I needed. From now on, whenever I need parts or service, they will be the first call I make!

Great prices on in home service and they'll sell you parts too if you want to fix it yourself. I bought parts recently for a dryer repair that was simple enough for me to do and they gave me good advice on how to take my dryer apart without taking the whole thing apart like I thought I would have to do. I called on a Thursday in a panic and I had a tech Friday morning at 9:20 am! He knew what was wrong with my dryer and fixed it quickly. The price was fair!! Will use again.

great place, fast service, everything i needed

Had a problem with Frigidaire front load washer that intermittently did not spin dry the wash load. Serviceman came out and in five minutes diagnosed problem as machine too old and reaching the "seven year expected life" for wash machines. Said that repairs would cost more than getting new washer. Charged service call $97.82 with tax. Speculate that this could have been discussed and diagnosed over telephone and save both the trip and $100 that could have been applied to new machine. Suggest fully disclosing entire age of equipment and determining service call fee. If your machine needs repair and is around seven years old you need to ask them frankly what cost would be worst case scenario. In this case even knowing the service call fee might have impacted our request for service. This was the fastest $100 bucks we have ever spent.

I just had service on my dryer. This company was here when they said they would be and had all my parts on the truck. Great Service at an even better price! I would recommend to anyone!!!
