I would not rent again because of the company who manages the apartment, they seem to do what they want for whomever they want. I was not once late with my rent actually I was early sometimes, whenever I wrote a check when I was early they held on to it forever, I guess until they collected everyones rent. When I was first offered the apartment I was told my rent would be $900.00 after agreeing to take the apartment I was told rent was $995. I was then also given a parking pass for the lot across the street. when it was time to renew my lease they were going up $30, I said I would stay but I did not want the parking pass ($95) they said no, the parking was included in the rent but another tenant told me he did not have to take the parking, many other things happened but another was my lease said I would get interest on security deposit, I had to call to get it which for a year I got $5 for my interest, I asked for a breakdown of how they came to $5, never received it.
