One of the worst service experience I've ever had! I don't know if I dealt with the owner or an employee but this person made it clear from the start of the transaction my business (sharpening scissors) was a VERY low priority for him even though the family and friends had gotten similar items sharpened before. This was the reason I brought my business to them. This man told me it would take 4 days to sharpen 2 pairs of scissors? I left them though because I needed them sharpened! A week past no call so during my lunch I went and checked with them. They were still sitting in the same bin. This man was incredible and not in a good way. I took my scissors and left. It was very odd experience and an awful way to treat a customer.
