      I just got off the phone with Debbie from National Appliance and I must say, she is the best customer service representative I have dealt with in years. Knowledgable, courteous, persistent, friendly, warm- I have to say she is absolutely stellar in the world of customer service. This all came as she helped me track down a part that she new early on in the conversation that they did not have. Fantastic!! Thank you Debbie WVDW
