We are a family owned and operated business, located in Buffalo N.Y. We can supply your party with a Bounce house that will be the hit with kids of all ages. We rent our Bounce houses for all occasions: Birthdays Holiday parties Lawn fetes Church events Grand opening events Block Parties Our prices include the set up and take down of the bounce houses. Terrible Customer Service, Dirty, and unsafe! Kids were getting hurt in front of staff with no help. Staff were eating and drinking on the floor. They told my 8 year old niece to get off the bouncers due to her height, yet they allowed a very pregnant woman on to help her child jump for 2 hours. They did not check the children to make sure they were with the right parents. Anyone could walk in and leave without paying. We walked in the door with no acknowledgement and left with no acknowledgment. Great if you are looking for a free place to jump. Good thing we were with a party. The odor of mildew was awful for allergies. Too many children not enough staff. Very little parking! Good Luck with your Business!
We are sorry to hear about the unfortunate experience that you had at Leaps N' Bounce. Many of our regular customers return for the just the reason of cleanliness and safety as compared to our competitors. Our busiest times are during the weekends and it can be slightly expected that some children will shed a tear because accidental collisions with other children while bouncing. One of our inflatables is available for children that is under the height of 48", your 8 year old daughter may have been over the height requirement. We do allow adults into this inflatable as assistance for their toddler but not to bounce. We do monitor the entrance and exit way by keeping an eye on the door at all times. We have never had a child wander out without their parent. We are sorry that we did not acknowledge your arrival or exit from our establishment. In regards to parking, there is ample parking around the center. There is the large 500 car parking lot adjacent to our building and also a large parking lot across the non-busy street that we are located on.

I recently had my son's birthday party here and it was fantastic! It was a great price and the staff was so nice and helpful!!! We will definitely being having another party here again!
I take my kids here all the time. It's a great place for them to expend some energy. If you go on a weekend, expect it to be busy but the kids still have a blast.

Out of all the bounce party places in Erie County this is hands down the most organized and fun. One place we went to on the blvd was soooo crazy with open play we couldn't keep track of the kids in the party. The other place on Transit kept "pushing us along" as the next party was ready to get into the room. We were not happy there for the amt of money we spent. Here, we are able to rhave the upstairs room for the entire two hours of the party and the kids can go back and forth as they please. You can also add on face painting or a build a bear package. I am now having my second party there!

We had my daughters 6th birthday party at Leaps N Bounce and it was awesome. Barry made the booking and the actual party a breeze. All of the girls were able to build bears, have pizza and pop, and bounce 'til their heart's content for a really decent price. The semi-private, upstairs party room that overlooks the "bounce floor" was an added plus that didn't cost any extra. I would highly recommend!

It's just O-K. The kids had fun but were bored quickly. We left because they were hungry and there is no food.
