My neice had her wedding/reception here so some of the family stayed and made a night out of it. What a good time! We checked in on a thursday at around 3:30 pm- no problem checking in. Requested a fridge for my insulin and was given one with no problem.
This time we knew to ask about the in/out parking. it is 12$ a day and you can go in and out as much as you need to. if you only want it for the day you can park in the open lot across the street. anyone who complains about the parking has never had to park in NYC or boston or chicago! this parking is a deal- quit complaining!
our room was much smaller this time- but clean and had all that we needed--Except a safe. we had room 906 and if i was staying longer i would have asked for a room with a safe. it was nice- ac worked well!!! it was quiet until around two am when the people underneath us were blaring their tv or radio- it took a while to fall asleep- but i finally did.
check in and out were a breeze and all the people we encountered were very nice. we will continue to stay at this hotel and i would say it is a 31/2 or 4 star hotel! oh i checked out the pool- it was busy but nice. this is a nice little gem in Buffalo
nice quiet hotel that has updated furnishings right in the heart of downtown also has a great food
