Fantastic job

They did a great job replacing my car bumper and in addition, they cleaned the car inside and out- it looked great when I picked it up!

They fixed my car to my satisfaction as well as detailed the inside and polished the outside. The receptionist remember who I was and ask about the well being of my husband,which was questionable at the time I dropped off my car. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

looked great for the first week than the bubbles showed up, went back to show manager who gave me a toxic reception and stated they would not do anything about the paint bubbling stated it was rust?? I have a white car rust would have been obvious at the time of repair, at no time was I informed there was a rust issue. Met my insurance adjuster there and they agreed to repair the paint issue and under coat wheel well to slow any future rust. The experts at Gabes did not remove the trunk liner clips and damaged the trunk liner by pulling the clips through the liner they DID NOT PUT ANY UNDER COATING IN THE WHEEL WELL AS WAS PROMISED but did manage to damage liner. The tape off job was armature at best now looks like a cheap repair. Had other estimates at half the price but was given great lip service about how Gabes does quality work? I am very disappointed with the repair and service I received. the end product looks like it was done in someone's back yard DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

I am more than satisfied. It was very convenient. The Travelers insurance claims adjusters and Enterprise car rental place all right there. Saves time, trouble and paperwork. Very nice personnel. I requested additional work on my car expecting to pay $50 and they did it complimentary. Highly recommended.

i had my car repaired at gabes collision and let me tell you they took the time to make my experience so easy for me. they did all the work they kept me updated to how long the job was going to take. they even finished the car early and when i received my car back it was clean inside and out and the job was unbelievable the car looked better then new i would definitely tell my freind abuot this place

I would definitely recommend Gabes Collison to a friend also. I was in an accident where my hood flew up and hit my windshield while I was on the thruway. I was recommended by a co- worker to take it to Gabes Collision . She loved the work that was done on her car. When I got there the adjuster was so nice and even asked me if I was ok. She went out and showed me what they were going to fix on my car. After she wrote up the estimate she went over everything one more time and told me it would be 2-3 day repair. I was also made aware of the potential of more damage or other circumstances preventing the 3 day estimated repair time to be extended but was assured I would be kept informed. They called to update me on the 3rd day to let me know it would be an extra day. When my car was done they called me late afternoon. I asked my boss if I could leave a little early because I got out at 5 and thats when they closed and she understood. I am VERY happy with the work that was done.

gabes is awesome! the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. the quality of the work is superior to anywhere else in western new York and the prices are very reasonable I recommend gabes to everyone from friends to family! absolutely the best!

Having my car repaired at Gabes Collision was great. The staff was very helpful and informative. The repairs were great and I couldn't tell it was ever in an accident, two thumbs up guys.

I am throughly disgusted with the lack of service I received. I was told 7-10 days and here we are 15 days later and I still have not received my car. Any communications I have had to initiate. They have not called me once to let me know about any delays or why it was delayed finally spoke with a manager last night who said it would be ready today but they close at 12pm and it is now 10:40am so we shall see. (and again no phone call to let me know what is going on.).
