"I am completely baffled why someone would take a game, wrap it in brown paper, and ship it. The box is crushed, the wrapping is torn, and even the postal woman said "I hope you are going to return it". I will NEVER order from this company again. How irresponsible and foolish of them. I can't believe how great this place is. The staff are awesome and the services are not only cost friendly, but explained PRIOR to my being charged. They explained everything to me from my hardware state to my software issues. I probobly would have paid double anywhere else. The amount of knowledge they have regarding systems is unfathomable. I will recommend to everyone as there is no better place I have found in all my years in Buffalo. In fact, I will recommend them to handle our company's network since I know the "guy" we use now is not certified and TechnoPhobia staff are certified network engineers and desktop folks. A++

Best computer service company around. I can't get over my experience and how pleasant everyone was. It has been a few months now and my machine is working better than it ever has. The price was definately right and I will go nowhere else. I can't wait for them to revamp our company's network!

The folks that own/operate this store are phenomenal! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to computers.
