      !!!STOP!!! Before you make a decision to hire a Waterproofing Company BEWARE that some companies give estimates and sell jobs for extra work that is not needed. For example, we repair leaking basement wall cracks from the inside only about 95% of the time. We only repair them from the outside if they are not accessible from the inside. If they are repaired properly from the inside then the outside repair in not necessary. Some companies will sell you both repairs at a much higher price usually more than double our estimates. Another example is basement Drain Tile. You may only need 1 or 2 sections replaced rather than a complete Drain Tile system that costs thousands of dollars more. Here at Dura-Tech Basement waterproofing we only give estimates for work that is needed. In some cases our estimates are thousands of dollars less and we still solve the problem. This is why we have over 30 Real Estate Professionals and Home Inspectors refer us. Our work is guaranteed and we stand behind it. We also have a much lower overhead then large companies and we can do the same work for much less.
