I have been waiting 3 weeks for my eye glasses thank god I can see that is way too long to wait to be able to see

Very poor experience, I also couldn't browse their frame selection without someone right on my back. Once I was fast talked into spending almost all the money on by benefit card from my job, I sat down with the guy who was ultimately responsible for making the sales, he went to get my case for an over $300.00 pair of sunglasses and another worker happened to be passing by who had the nerve to ask me if I decided on the glasses. Once I responded with "yes" she proceeded to ask "where are they...?" which was awkward because the guy took them in the back to get a case for them since I was purchasing them!!!!!SO YES THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO STEAL FROM THEM when in the long run they are fast talking you in every direction they are the ones trying to take from you! They guy asked me how much was on my card from my job (HUH?) who does that? All to fast talk me into a sale which used up over 80% of the funds (over $1000)...just SAD. Needless to say I returned! Poor service

My kids and I have been going there for years and now all of a sudden We need referrals from Primary. Somewhere on the site should have the opticians or eye doctors name from each store center. It would be nice to know who you are going to see..

I wish I could say the same as far as anything than what it is! Ordered my daughters glasses September 12th and day is October 25th. No Glasses. I called and was left on hold 10 minutes after they said they would call me back the day b4, but did not. They blamed it on Davis Co. where the order gets sent. They said Davis Co never got in touch with them to state they didn't have the the prescription 44 days later? Well duhh HELLO? Why didn't anyone call to find out if there was a problem after say 10 days? Duhhh. . I witnessed the script in their hand faxed from specialist on the 12th. What happened? Its everyone else s fault and nobody in that office knows what is going on! Davis states the order was called in on the 12th and than cancelled a few days later??? If you want to wait until the following year to get your glasses then I suggest this is the place for you!!!! Forty-four days later and they are not even ordered! Nobody at Buffalo's Best even knew????
