Hello people I am a mother of 4 who trusted my van with Dino tires i took my van into get tires and for them to check it out and tell me what a noise was ... they did just that found the problem and was very nice in the process of changing my tires they broke a stud and gladly sd they fixed it for free .... it took a long time any way so i took the car to my mechanic who has been working on my van for 2 years it only has 54thou miles on it to fix the noise because they told me what was wr and he couldn't get the tire off ... when he did he sd the stud was short and the studs were in bad shape they cross threaded it I called the comp they sd not there prob they fixed one and i must have taken it to many people >>>> 1 person works on my van i never even have real issues brakes oil change tires ... she sd IF I DIDNT TELL YOU YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN I DONT HAVE TIME I HAVE CUSTOMERS glad that it was a 2$ part because id be back up there ! good tires bad customer service.

very much appreciated the help we needed to get back home to Watertown,ny. our car had overheated coming thru customs. these guys were great didn`t charge alot of money--tried to pay them extra and they wouldn`t take it. don`t get that these days. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !! Julie
