This place is number 1 for quality! And their customer service is beyond all of my expectations. At first, I was skeptical because of old reviews online, but word of mouth was all 5 stars. I figured to bring a pair of pants to be shortened to try them out because location is convenient as well. I walked in and was greeted first thing by a very happy gentlemen named Joe. Enjoyed the small talk and felt like i wasn't just there for a job!!! Joe told me I would get my pants back in about a week and he would give me a call when they would be ready. Within four days, I got the call to say my things are ready ( convenient). As I walk in,he greeted me by my first name and all the other customers behind me. That was astonishing to me! That is how you treat customers... not to feel like just that. Well, I tried them on and my length was perfection and they didn't even look like they have been hemmed at all!!! They fit beautiful and I felt extra confident with pants that actually fit. And come to find out they don't just do tailoring, but this young man also owns a dry cleaning business!!!! I will definitely be coming back to this place for the simple fact of feeling comfortable and the quality that was given to me! No better place than this tailor. I just have to say,don't let old reviews scare you off!! People will always go out of their way to bash someone and not praise them. Proud to say "I went to Chaybans"

Poor service, slow, and expensive. Tailoring was third rate. (elmwood location)

HORRIBLE! They charged me $50 for two coats to be cleaned and a button to be fixed. The staff is rude and didn't not give me an estimate when I asked for one-it took them OVER A WEEK to get an ITEM CLEANED. DO NOT GO HERE!

The owner himself "lost" a brand new pair of expensive pants with tags still attached that I took in to be hemmed. Actually joked about it when I called. Completely avoiding me regarding reimbursement, will not return phone calls. Looks like we're heading to small claims court.
