Heard about this store through a friend and was amazed when i went there. I needed chairs right away and found exactly what i wanted and at a great price. It was a wonderful buying experience!!

Trying to support local small business, however, found them to be incompetent! I don't think they know what customer service means. Ordered a table and chairs and were told be would be 6 - 8 weeks, after ten weeks two phone calls no return stopped in and were told it would be 10 - 12 qweeks. 13 weeks later no communication, contacted and told it would be in on Dec. 17th never called with any info. I contacted 1/16 no return call. I don't think they know what's going on with their dealers. Would never ever recommend them to anyone.

Just bought a set for my son. Great price and its quality. I love the fact you shop in a very low pressure atmosphere.

Found what I was looking for for my son for college. Price was great! Quality was much better than what we saw at other stores.

Not a good experience. The pricing and quality of the kitchen set was good but the cutomer service was awful. The set took many months to arrive, the order was not correct and we had to continually call to stay on top of it. I felt the salesman was very casual and was not concerned about fixing things for us. Just wanted to make a sale but no follow through. DO NOT buy from this store.

Ordered 8 dining chairs from the website. Packing was just OK(would of liked more) but chairs arrived as promised in good shape. We returned other chairs that we bought locally because these my wife bought were 30 bucks cheaper and much better quality. A pleasant purchase. Joe P- Cleveland, OH

Bought 6 dining chairs that match our table / hutch great. Shopped several other stores before finding this store. WOW, we loved several chairs and had a tough time deciding.( price was great, too) The only thing was that they were busy and had only one women checking people out. Several compliments on our new chairs. They look great.

After purchasing chairs, going back to pick them up a noticed I forgot me check book. They let me take the chairs home after a long drive and mail them the check. It's refreshing to know people still trust people. I tell people this story over and over again. Thank you again. Chairs look great!

Although I was initially thrilled to locate this store as they had a pub set I was looking for for months - I was disappointed when we got it home and discovered the table was damaged in the box. I contacted the store and informed them and they told me they would order a replacement set. That was 2 1/2 months ago. I have yet to receive a new set and my phone calls go unanswered. When I do actually speak to someone they sound shocked that I haven't received a response and assure me they will look into it. Only to come back with a response that a new set has been ordered and they should have it 'soon'. I've heard 'soon' about 6 times now. I would cancel the order completely if not for the fact that I haven't seen this set anywhere else. I'm VERY disappointed in the level of customer service I've received. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. The variety offered is not worth the poor customer service you receive if anything goes wrong.

I bought a table from this wonderful place on January 23,201, It is now April 11 and I still have not received my table. I have called them several times and get the run around every time. NO one ever returns my call and I proceed to keep calling at least two times a week. All I ever hear is how they are shorted staffed with no return phone calls until I call back again. I would not recomend this place of business if that is what you call them to anyone. I am not going to cancel my order in which I am sure I will not receive my deposit back. How long can a table take to order. Please tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a day of shopping, my husband and I found your store. Found a great set for my son for Christmas within our budget. They loaded everything for us, which i taught was great. My son loves it. thanks for the service. Carla and Ed
