This company is terrible. I hired them to bring my mother home from the hospital. They were told ahead of time that I had 3 stairs and my husband would help if needed. They sent my mother home with a woman driver who stated she had never been trained on stairs. Consequenly, my husband brought the wheelchair up the stairs while the woman stabilized the foot rests. If I had wanted him to do that we could have brought her home ourselves without hiring a van service. The manager(?) I spoke with was unapologetic and offered no compensation. As a former nurse manager who dealt with many van services, I can state without hesitation, this company is one of the worst in my book.

Worse company ever, never show up, smoke in the car. Rude. Only giving one star because I have to.

Only 1 star since the system won't take 0, I have to use them for my medical always late, miss appointments, drivers smoke and very rude.

Cab never shows up, despite repeated calls to dispatch and being told that the taxi is less than 5 minutes away. Waited over an hour, then called Liberty.

i.e., A local favorite, After I use "Liberty Cab" and got very bad experience, "Buffalo Transportation" wander me a lot.Nice cars & minivans, good and polite drivers,professional service. Also - they are never late!!! highly recommended because
whenever i use this cab company after dark to get back to my dorm at UB from the airport or train station, they always try to rip me off. they pretend to not know how much it will cost, and if you don't know they will make up any number. they also always pretend that they do not have change so they can get a bigger tip. also, most of the time they do not know where they are going. If you are one minute late or they get there early, they call you and complain. they don't know how to wait. most of the time during the day i get okay cab drivers. i would not recommend this cab service to anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off.
Buffalo Transportation is the BEST Taxi service that I ever used, and I take alot of Taxi's!!!!!!!!!
