Being creative means wanting to be around other inspirational people and places. I have been to this scrapbook store twice now and left feeling anything but inspired. The staff was blunt and "standoffish". There were no pleasant faces or helping ideas. The staff was all in the back working together and other shoppers were also looking for help and ideas. Being that this is the only store in the area that carries quality materials for scrapbooking I keep trying to return. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store based on customer service. I only hope they will find their inner happy place to share with others soon.
