Great job on my gown. I bought a used dress and had it altered. When Bridal Kare was done with it, it looked new and as if it was made just for me. I will be giving it back to them to preserve after my wedding. THANK YOU Bridal Kare

I sent my dress in for cleaning and it was mailed back with snags and missing beading. They asked me to send it back for a seamstress to fix it and 2 months later I still haven't received my dress!!

Bridal Kare ruined my daughter's dress! It was a destination wedding. Unfortunately my daughter's husband is a Marine had to return home to deploy the day after the wedding. We didn't get to have the reception. Bridal Kare had the audacity to return the dress yellowed, crystals dulled, and dress wrinkled and give a refund on the cleaning only!!!! Don't use them! You will be devastated with the results! This is un-American to treat our military with such a diservice. The owner wouldn't call me back so don't trust them to do what is right if they ruin your dress!

Fantastic job Gown was completed in 2 weeks. I opened it up and it made me want to get married all over again. I will be sure to tell my friends about it and I already bought a gift card for my sister. Thank you BridalKare for the great job
