A first impression says it all. The P on the hotel sign was out and it sums up this hotel. Old, out-of-date with a lot of deferred maintance! The creepy maniquin and fake flowers need to go immediately. The jacuzzi and decor are so old. The breakfast was terrible, they have pastries and powdered eggs - gross! The cleanliness of the room was questionable. It didn't look like the carpet behind the furniture didn't appear to be vacuumed in a while. The old style blanket sandwich between sheets left me wondering how often they get laundered. There was plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower but the left over soap dispenser that was broken off the wall didn't impress me. Dinner at the resturant was the best thing about this stay, except the prices are very high. If your spooked easily don't look at the "display" of old cars at the resturant, not only is it dirty and not well maintained, but the maniquins look like unhappy dead people. I would NOT stay here again.
