These guys did a great job for me, my regular mechanic recommend Aamco and they saved me a bunch of money and the car works great

Alert...I have had another awesome, positive experience at AAMCO on Sheridan Drive. I started my car this morning and I heard a terrible noise. I called AAMCO and asked if I could bring my car in for them to look at it today because it was my only day off. Right away they asked if I could come in at 2:30 or 3pm. I was so happy that they understood that I only had today to bring in my car to be looked at and fixed.
After being there a few minutes a tech came out and told me what was wrong with my car. Joe and the tech explained everything to me so I could understand. They also showed me on the computer what was wrong and what they would have to do to fix it. I’m so happy that I found a trust worthy automobile shop to take my car in to be fixed and know they will charge me a fair price, plus they stand behind their work. Thank you, Randy, Joe and all the tech guys for being understanding, trust worthy and very professional. I will definitely tell all my family and friends about the service I received at your shop so they will feel as comfortable to bring their cars, trucks, etc. to your shop! 😊

I took my car ther expecting an expensive transmission replacement and the guys checked my car out at no charge and found that it only needed a minor repair! Priceless! you cant put a price on Honesty and Integrity!

I just wanted to say that the Aamco on Sheridan in Amherst, NY has the most excellent customer service of any car care place I've been to in the area. I think the main guy's name is Steve - he's always there, always friendly, everything is always explained patiently and in detail (sometimes multiple times if needed), and I just really feel like I can trust taking my car there. My experience at Aamco is that they are straight-shooters. They understand that my car is old (a 1997) and not everything is going to be working top-notch. They tell me if something needs replaced now, or if something is going to need replaced soon, or if there's no sense in replacing something that is working the way it should but shows sign of natural age or wear. I've had experiences at other car places in the area who flat out lied to me just to get money, but I trust that I can go to Aamco and not be bamboozled.

Great guys always get me in even if its just a oil change. Its hard to find a place that is not out to just take as much $$ from you as they can thanks Steve!

My normal mechanic told me my tranmission was shot. After he told me he could call a juck yard and find one that would work, I went to Aamco. A few hours later I was driving my car back home :) Steve and Phil told me I had a bad sensor and it would be fast/easy to fix. I spent alot less than the other guy said and he was going to need my car for a week! Steve even told me they fix all kinds of other stuff even just plain lod oil changes. From now on I go thier first and he will look at it for free!! Thanks Steve!!

Once again saved by the guys at aamco. Steve towed my car in last night and replaced by brake lines by noon today! I am glad to know I can always count on them to get me right in and back on the road. Thanks Steve

I was told i needed a new transmission. So i went to Aamco to get a $. They said my computer was bad. It is by the front tire and steve said they get wet and go bad all the time. Two hours later and a lot less cash later my caravan was like new. Wow what would have happen if i let the other guy put a transmission in my van????

I live in florida and come here for family every month or so. When mt car died AAA towed me in to this aamco. They gave me a ride home (my sisters) and best of all we have an aamco near my home in florida so I know i am always covered.Steve made us feel like we were old friends. Thank You Steve.

This was the only place that would work on my BMW 745il. The dealer wanted $7400. They just wanted to buy one and put it in. Stave and his guys said they could fix mine for way less. I even paid for a lifetime warrenty. Aamco is awsome

When my truck broke I had now way to pay to fix it. Steve at aamco said he would help get me credit. I told him my credit was bad and he said no problem would 2 months to pay help. I have a good job now so this was great! Now my truck works again and I will always go back to that aamco to get things done Thanks again Steve!

My car has never run so good. Who new that you need to clean your fuel system every year?

My truck was smoking and making noise, as i pulled into Aamco the manager Steve came out and had 2 guys push my truck in the garage. The starter was smoking and burning. One of the employees drove me home and my friend to work. The next day Steve said they found the original problem and took care of both things that day. When it was ready he even offered to come pick me up. As a woman it was so nice not to have to worry about what happened and why. They let me see the bad part and a small black piece he said was a relay that was shot. They gave me a list of things to look at when i had it worked on next time Thank you Aamco
