Enderly Heights Elementary School is part of the Buena Vista City Public Schools district. The instructional program of the school is based on the Virginia Standards of Learning. The kindergarten in Buena Vista is a full-day program that addresses the curriculum areas of language arts and reading, math, science, history and social sciences, health, art, music and physical education. Gifted students are given opportunities to use creative and productive-thinking skills to solve problems and to participate in investigative processes. The Enderly Heights Extended School Program provides daycare facilities that include learning activities, crafts, and help with reading and homework. The Early Childhood Special Education program serves pre-school children with significant developmental delays and offers home visits, speech therapy and vision services. The school is located in Buena Vista, Va.
