We couldn't appreciate Antero Septic more!! We had a house full of family for the holidays and they showed up on Christmas Eve to fix our septic which had backed up into our basement. Thank you, thank you!
Bruce is great. I own two homes in the valley and he looks after the septic system at both properties. Antero Septic has helped me with many questions outside of just cleaning out the septic tank. I find Bruce reasonable and very knowledgeable. I am really glad to have someone like him to count on when I need it.
This is the LEAST professional experience I have ever had with a septic company, or any company in general. I work in real estate, and tasked him for a job to complete in a couple weeks. After a couple weeks were up, I called him probably 50 times, emailed him multiple times, and when I finally got ahold of the guy a month after originally talking to him. He had no idea about the job, or me. Highly recommend someone else, ANYONE else
We called Bruce early on a Monday morning. After 6 calls, he returned a call and said he'd be out. He never showed. This is FOUR days later! Then never called us back until we got another service and we wanted him to know he didn't need to come. I don't know how this guy stays in business with this kind of customer abuse!
