Simpson is dishonest and incompetent. We were told by the Simpson manager that purchasing the extended warranty plan is a better deal and that we would get the entire amount back if we didn't actually utilize the warranty after its term. The term has passed and Simpson will not give us back our money. They claim that the then-manager did not file the paperwork and refuse to even try to help us. They are a bunch of dishonest con artists. Do not buy from them!
