The battery would not hold charge after only 3 months of light use. When I first mentioned the issue to them. They were quick to respond that we did not charge the battery properly and would require a service charge to check it out. I agreed to the charge and they sent a technician to check the battery. The technician found a bad cell and told us that might be the reason and told us they needed to take the battery back for evaluation. They brought us a loaner battery and took our battery the next day.Almost a month later, the sales showed up in our facility and showed us the battery report and asked us to pay $4000 for another re-conditioned battery. They told us we didn't water the battery properly and the battery was now scrap. They refused to honor the one year warranty on the battery.
