I find the car buying experience here is great. You can even take home your car that day. Yes, you might have to wait in a line, but at least you go home in your new ride. I was even able to pay with my credit card. All I need was a $500 deposit to bid. I highly recommend this place if your trying to buy a car for less than what you pay for elsewhere.

I would never purchase a vehicle from here again. For one I use to always purchase cars and equipment for the last 10 years. Now they have changed staff and its time to shop somewhere else. The only good thing they changed so far was the Internet bidding. However, when you go to pay for your items, goodluck on the wait better bring a lunch. I sat over 4 hours only 3 people working the billing. About 14 people waiting all mad because it sucks you have to wait this long. Fees are too high, you can't demand title they want to Charge you extra for the fees. Title won't come in the mail until 8-12 weeks. That is a long wait for a title . Goodluck I wouldnt buy here again. They really need to update system and hire new people or more people, definitely slow and I am not the only one to notice the whole waiting room was mad. Also the tv should be English.
