Bob was very cordial to us, quickly sent his employee Alex to check out our problem and do the repair. Alex was very professional and did an excellent job, putting our problem back together better than it had been built by the factory. The repair was not cheap, but they came to our campsite, were on time as promised, completed the repair within hours and I didn't have to wait weeks to get our RV back from the dealer and the dealer charges more for their labor. Would use them again.
