Founded in 1978, Hartlage Manufacturing has the ability to assist customers with engineering, packaging design, transportation and component sourcing. The company s molding division offers 40- to 440-ton presses. The facility is capable of running complex parts, ranging from tight tolerances to insert molding in either of its two vertical rotary presses. Its assembly department consists of several complex operations such as custom built fixtures, custom machines, pad printing, heat staking and ultrasonic welding. The company can design and build both prototype and production molds in its multi-axis CNC mills and three ram CNC EDM machines acting as its main structural support. Its precision pocket and insert work is accomplished on the company s multi-axis CNC wire machine. Hartlage Manufacturing is located in Buckner, Ky.
