I had Sunviewaz Landscaping do my entire backyard. The project involved a large paved patio, lots of irrigation for plants and grass, and about 20 tons of rock. Overall the crew was very professional and did a fantastic job. The final product is beautiful and we love it. The only issues I had with this company were communication and living up to their warranty. The owner of this company really needs to improve on communications with his costumers. There were days the crew wouldnt show up and I wouldnt receive a call. Finally I would call them and they would say things like, oh an emergency came up so we cant make it out today. Well thats fine but a phone call to inform me of this would be nice so I dont have to use more PTO and Im not sitting around my house all day waiting for them to show. This happened on a few occasions, the no show and no call. The other thing is they say your landscape work will have a five year warranty, but they seem to not want to hold up to it. I have called the owner more than once about separate issues in my backyard and I never get a call back or follow up. So I ended up fixing the issues myself and out of my pocket. Dont get me wrong, the quality of their work is great, but communications are weak and dont expect a real warranty.
