- RePose Yoga - A Cancer Specific ClassFFML is proud to have been offering this 100% Donations class since we opened our doors in the fall of 2008. Yoga developed to renew and restore the body and mind, during and after cancer. The RePose class is taught by FFML instructors, Karen Gagnier and Donna Wilson. Both are certified by Om Women Cancer Survivors (WCS) and both are cancer survivors themselves. This class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30pm – 2:45pm offered specifically when our studio is quieter with no other scheduled classes. This way, Focus Fitness can offer a thriving & supportive environment where the RePose participants are welcomed and nurtured so that they can reduce their anxiety and focus on their healing.
