I just visited Cosi for my weekly trip to get my wonderful sandwiches. Sad to say, I was extremely UNHAPPY with the service. While paying for my 2 sandwiches (which cost over $15.00) the man behind the sandwich counter came over to me and rudely placed the "Tip Jar" in front of me. Not only was I horrified but extremely insulted. In my mind, it didn't take much to throw 2 scoops of tuna on a piece of bread. Not sure if I'll be going back and certainly will be spreading the word.
