Had a coupon for $22.99...expiration date nov 22..went for an oil change nov 13 ...was told don't take that coupon but will take the other $4.00 off coupon. Bill came..$54... Told because synthetic oil and forgot to take $4 coupon and already rang through and can't fix it. I asked what about the $22.99 price and why not told I would be paying $54 instead..kid had no answer other than it was synthetic oil and it costs that much more,,,,yet wasn't told prices prior to work...guess its.my own fault for not asking price and assuming the new owners had a great coupon promotion for $22.99 . Kid gave me a rebate t send in for next visit.....that will not happen. Asked for number of roger the new winter and was told he didn't do anything with the oil change business just owns it but he did give me the number...I called and left message w receptionist...will see if he calls me.
