went to start my mower today3/25/2012,nothing,went to sears bought a spark plug installed nothing,looked in manual could have been a number of things,called Bob's Mower &more mind you this is a Sunday,said bring it in at 3 :30pm,I'm here till 5:00.I'm like really? you will probably keep it for a couple of weeks look it over&by then i would have bought a used mower to get the job done, done and out of their by 4:30 or sooner cutting the grass by4:45pm,I highly recommend,very happy&good down to earth people

Bob has repaired small equipment for us an a couple of occasions. I will not hesitate to call him back whenever I need him. He returns phone calls promptly and completes the repairs very quickly. He has repaired my weed whip and my snow blower and done them in a timely fashion so thatr I suffered no inconvenience. His pricing is more than fair. He knowledgeable, informative, and very polite. I was very fortunate to pick the right phone number in the yellow pages when I was looking for someone to look at my lawn mower. Bob was at my service asap and came to my home to check out the problem. He was more then accomodating and educating. He explained the problem thoroughly and was willing to bend over backwards to win my loyalty. Recently he helped me with my snowblower and responded the same way. Bob made a special long-distance trip to Twinsburg to help our neighbor get her snowblower fixed and was kind enough to look at ours at the same time. He arrived precisely when he said he would and was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. My husband called Mr. Richards on Monday after we rec'd a lot of snow to ask if he would come to our home and fix our snowblower. Mr. Richards was polite and ourteous. He came out the next day on time, and fixed the snowblower and his prices were affordable.

First of all, Bob returned my phone call very promptly. He then came to my home (on a VERY snowy and cold day), the same day I called, arrived on time and fixed my snow blower in my garage. He had me come outside a couple of times to show me and explain what he fixed and what needed additional work. He then completed the repairs and tune-up and was done in about an hour. His pricing is VERY reasonable and better than any quote I got at a large shop. (Especially because the snow blower needed a little more work than just a tune-up - it's an old one.) He was very friendly, professional, helpful, respectful and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend Bob and his company's services to everyone. I will stay a loyal customer for sure.
