Poulin, Inc We are a family-owned, Maine-based construction company providing General Construction ( GC ) and Construction Management ( CM ) services throughout New England for more than 35 years. Founded in Brunswick, Maine in 1974, we've grown from a small, local construction company to one of the most-respected firms in the Northeast. In recent years we've expanded into the Mid-Atlantic States. The success of D.L. Poulin, Inc stems from our unwavering focus on schedule, service, safety and customer satisfaction.
