A couple of months ago my wife bought a remote starter from this store. Unfortunately the installation in the car was intermittent. So my wife took the car back to get it fixed. She did this possibly 3 times , each time without success so she asked me if I would take it back. Without hesitation Chis replaced the unit and had me try this one, still intermittent so he replaced it with a more upmarket one. Still intermittent so I asked if he would remove the unit and refund my wife's money. This he did without any argument at all. I have almost 35 years in the customer service business and I know that these people did all they could to help us out. I was looking for a custom box for my 04 Dodge Ram, and these guys hooked me up! They saved me over fifty bucks and had one all ready made in stock. Now that is service! Forget about the big box stores. Jam took my quotes from Best Buy, Circuit City, Pine Tree Mobile, and Radio City and beat the best quote by $200. Yes! $200. Best damn system I have ever had, thanks for the service and sound guys. You got alot of business ahead of you from me.

Everybody, go see Chris at Jam! He put an awesome Rockford Fosgate system in my car!!! My buddy went to Radio City and got a Kicker sub and amp installed. I went to Jam for a Rockford system. We both paid the same and I embarrased my friend. He tried to return his system but Radio City wouldn't and still ended up having Jam rip that junk out of his car. Ha Ha lol. We'll see you guys at the Maine Motor Sports Festival, where by the way, Radio City got kicked out of the biggest car show in Maine so Jam-Audio could be there.

Was looking for Radio City and couldn't find them and stumbled upon the best car audio store i have ever seen. Check this out, purchased new radio, speakers, subwoofers and bluetooth hands free car kit. Went in to spend about 5 grand...walked away with everything i wanted and a couple grand left over. Cant wait to get the car detailed in the spring time from these guys. Thanks so much...see ya around.

Never knew this store was here, but went in since it is next to Verizon and wow! They hooked up my system that no other place around would, did window tint, and a remote start in one day. When they were done with the fiberglass box, the next 4 car shows were mine. Thanks Jam.
