Dwelley Electric did a PM on my Generac generator in Sep 2014. On Mar 18, 2015, I called him and left a message that my generator had not kicked on during a power outage the previous night and would he please call me to schedule a service time. I received no response and had to call again the following week, again leaving a message. It has been over 3 weeks since my initial call to him and I have not received any response and am seriously wondering whether they are still in business. I finally contacted another local electrical company who is listed on the Generac website as a Generac authorized service center and received immediate response and maintenance from them
