Angela Twitchell and the Brunswick Topsham Land Trust needs to be INVESTIGATED for aggressive solicitation of private property owners. This "non profit" organization has been targeting private property owners and business owners and has been involved in transferring large amounts of real estate - all without disclosing if Angela Twitchell and members of her "public charity" are re-selling the parcel of property to other parties at a profit to benefit her and her "non profit" organizaiton. She has oversight of millions of dollars of public funds including gifts of stocks, bonds, beneficiaries of estates and wills, large charitable donations and gifts of private property BUT she does NOT disclose where all this MONEY is going. And she tries to convince and CON private property owners to give away their private property to her "non profit" so a small group of abutters will have their property increase in value while the "conserved" property decreases in value.Watch out for this"charity"
