At first they were very professional had them come out and repair three televisions. Problem is they never answer the phone. On one service call the head tech brought his girl friend with him to look at a television. But lately they are never on time. If he says he will be there at 5 expect from 6 and up.does not seem to want to work but when they are service reps for so many companies they really do not have to be polite. Out of five stars i give them a one for customer service, lateness and lying.

Technician was extremely knowledgable and very pleasant to work with. We have had him come out for our big screen that was a true lemon multiple times and has helped us with problems with the company that manufactured and goes above and beyond most customer service.
