Founded in 1968, the Vaden Automotive Group started when Dan Vaden moved from Jacksonville, Florida, to Savannah, Georgia, to open up Dan Vaden Chevrolet. It has since expanded to include nine different dealerships. Dan Vaden of Brunswick opened its doors in 1989. Very incompetent. I needed to find out some information regarding my vehicle warranty prior to bringing to dealership for service, however the operator continued to transfer me to a call center where no one ever answers the call it only gives option to leave message instead of letting me speak with service advisor. I called back a 4th time and asked to speak with operators supervisor at this point and all she does is puts me on hold and never comes back to the line, leaving me hanging there on hold for such a long time before I just gave up. This is such Poor customer service. I need to find a competent company to do the work on my car.
