Aylett Country Day School, established in 1966, is an independent, coeducational day school offering education programs to students in early childhood through grade eight. Its middle school curriculum consists of language, art, mathematics, social studies, science, foreign language, music, computers and physical education. The school is a member of the Virginia Association of Independent Schools that offers evaluation and accreditation programs recognized by the Virginia Board of Education and the National Association of Independent Schools. Aylett Country Day School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
