Purchased a $100 package USED ONE VISIT- I have not been able to use due to health issues...Went in to renew and inquire about getting even a partial credit. The girl at the counter said no, didn t care for an explaination. I said you mean one visit cost me a hundred dollars I cannot get even a partial credit and she just scrugged her shoulders AMAZING!!!!. I am a local business owner in the area this a poor way of doing business. What a rude staff. Very unhappy.

I have very fair skin that does not "color" very well but after trying several other tanning salons I found Tropical Tan. After using the Level 4, I immediately noticed tanning! I tried a different tanning salon's Level 4 because it was cheaper without any results so I have returned to Tropical Tan. In comparison to all of the other salons I have used Tropical Tan has exceptional quality of equipment, friendly knowledgable staff, and superior cleanliness and is just an over all better experience!!
