The best flower shop in Brownwood. Phyllis & her staff are the best! When my brother past away in April we needed an arrangement for his casket, I didn't know that one had not been ordered & visitation was set for 6 pm. that night. I went to Flowers by Phyllis at about 4 pm. that afternoon & Phyllis personally handled the arrangement. She was at the funeral home at 5 pm. with the arrangement & it was BEAUTIFUL. I thank Phyllis & her staff so much for being so kind to my family. The are the most caring people you will ever do business with. My husband & I have been doing business with Phyllis for years & will for many more to come. Thank you Phyllis for being the kindest & most caring florist we know!
