Highly recommend this veterinarian for his assistance caring for our special needs dog following her spinal injury- competent, reassuring, and reasonably priced.

I requested a prescription for my dogs when I made my appointment . I was willing to pay the clinics ten dollar charge , have all required testing and sign a release form which the clinics required. The front desk person called was extremely argumentative with me and told me to get a new vet if I wanted a prescription which I was more than happy to do. My new vet called three times to ask for my dogs records which where not sent until after the front desk lady sent me a nasty letter, in effect kicking me out of their practice. This office has a real front desk problem.

I think this is the best vet clinic in the Indy area. Dr. Smith offers reasonable prices which allows me to take care of my 5 dogs. She has even come out to my home for a housecall! Not sure what the bad review was about? When you make your appointment ask for Dr. Smith as she is the best vet around. My babies all love her!

Dr. Smith is extremely unprofessional when it comes to customer service! She speaks at you, not with you and hangs up the phone when she knows she did wrong. They ripe you off when filling prescriptions and act as if you are in the wrong for questing; then they offer another script at full price. If you like paying for services / product that is not received then this is the place to go.

My sister and I both take our pets to Dr. Smith and have for several years. I have always been satisfied with the service, the staff, and the cost for care. I highly suggest anyone try this clinic. Very happy with The Pet Clinic of Brownsburg!
