They showed up within the designated two-hour window. The technician knew exactly what the problem was after I had explained that I had replaced a spring that had previously broken. He also adjusted my other garage door for an additional $30. I don't know why I didn't call sooner! I will definitely call them again.

I thought they were going to sell me a new door and opener but they were great. They explained to me that they could replace the garage door springs and instead of replacing the opener they could replace the gear kit on the opener. The price was reasonable and the service was fast and great!!!

I read many reviews (and actually canceled an app't with another company after reading) and placed several phone calls inquiring about my 'vintage' 1950's wooden garage doors with springs. One company that had good reviews, told me that he could not guarantee that he would be able to find parts. I called Brookes Bros. and he was not only very knowledgeable of the style, but also reassuring that he could repair them. On the day of service, he arrived early - much better than waiting around all day for a repair. After working with our problem, he did indeed repair the door. This was in June; I waited a month to write the review to make sure the job held up and it has just as I expected it would.

I found Cowtown Door Company on the web. Called the number (on a Sunday). Expected to get a call the next day. Mike, the owner, called me within 5-minutes. I told him what I wanted and he quoted me a price. A couple days later he was at my house installing a new single garage door to replace my old doubles. Mike went the extra-mile to frame-up a sturdy header to support the single door and replaced my old rails. He was able to use my existing garage door opener and wired it up to the new install. Took him the better part of the day to do the work. It's over a year later and seriously, hardly a day goes by that I am not thankful for the great work that Mike did. The wife and I both get to park our cars in the garage, the door looks great and it has worked flawlessly since Mike did the install. I highly recommend Cowtown Door Company. Great work. Fair price. We have used Texas Garage Doors on more than one occasion and each time we have had prompt, professional service. Our concerns were quickly addressed and our issues were economically resolved in a timely manner.

I scheduled and appt and they sent over Bill to give me a FREE estimate. Bill came and inspected the entire garage door system. He gave me an estimate of $400 to replaced the spring ,10 rollers, and door tune up. The door tune up consisted of lubing the chain, rails and all the hinges.
