I have been a satisfied customer for years and will always recommend them as a dependable, professional organization. Their customer service is top notch and offer high quality products.
We bought a Trane heat pump and air conditioner in January 2014, by July we have had Butcher come and fix the air conditioner 6 times and it just broke again. Unbelievable company they sold us a lemon and they don't know how to fix it. But they keep coming to fix it. After the first year, they will be costing us a fortune to keep this unit running. i will not do business with them again
