THESE PEOPLE ARE ROBBERS!!! If I could give them zero stars I would.



You move to the state and they don't tell you that two separate bills will be issues by NW parkway AND E-470. I never received my NW Parkway and when I did was told it would be pulled from my account that I had set up with the toll pass, which is automatically connected to my debit card. They did not do this, claim I never authorized them to and are now issuing over $200 in civil penalties and threatening to go to claims.



I continue to dispute and do not receive a response, as they are just out to make $$ and continue to charge me while writing on the back of the bill where to dispute charges (with no phone number) and then send no response until you receive the next bill and additional $25 penalty charges have been added on.



I would HIGHLY suggest avoiding this highway, as it truly is a bunch of thieves running it. I moved from out of state and am appalled by how this system runs. Coming from the boulder area, I would suggest going 36 to 270 to 70 as it literally takes the same amount of time as if you use the tollway and you are not charged over $12 one-way plus ridiculous civil penalties.



Colorado, you are disappointing. I at least deserved a response regarding why you would or would not agree with what I am attempting to dispute instead of just being shady.



If you're new to the state or area, truly watch out as I don't know many of us that have $200 to just hand out to these robbers.
