I went into the store and the owner was yelling at the lady that was there when I walked in (was not the same lady that was there before). She started to help me and the guy came and toke over cutting my key and was very rude to her about it. I liked it better when the lady with the scars was there she was much nicer. I wont be coming back to this place because Im not going to support someone that treats his employees this way.

i love jimmy lock and key, they always have good prices and are very hard working. They lady who works there, her name is amanda, she is always ready to help you as soon as you walk in the door. Bill and james are always on call helping their clients. I would recommend this lock smith to everyone i know. -Angel
I had to contact them to see if they had my key made and ready. They should have responded back to me first telling me my key was made and ready.
Never get a transponder key here. The woman was very rude and quoted me a price of 70.00-for one key!!. I went to the dealer and it was 30.00-less than half the price. They certainly aren't spending the other half on customer service training because the woman acted like I was bothering her by asking a price!
Very rude. I have never had such a bad experience. The woman argued with me about which key I needed and then refused to make the key.
