Without a doubt the worst service I have ever seen. Took in a mtb to get built up.After $75 charge to build, the bike was delivered with the following: Remember this is a brand new build:
1. Chain was put on full length, No links were taken out to size properly. Sag of chain hit bike chain stay.
2. Shimano chain pin was put in , but not broken off,
3. Did not adjust derailleurs. ( since pin was still in chain, you could not turn cranks anyways !,
4. Shifter, brake levers and stem bolts all loose.. Could move each of them by hand.
5.Factory Cables put on full length. Did not cut ends off after attaching to derailleurs. Stuck out at least 4" from bolt attachment.

On the positive side, they did pump up the tires!

The kid at Kmart shipping could put a bike together better than this.

Do yourself a favor, drive the extra distance and go to any other bike shop than this!

We've been to the shop a few times over the last couple years. Every time we go the staff is extremely nice and super helpful. They never make you feel like you're wasting their time or asking dumb questions.
