No compassion or empathy. Told every staff member in the office about my fear, was told they would "take good care of me" but when I felt pain, he refused to numb me up more. Very painful! When I asked what happened, response was "I was almost finished". Saw that their website says there is medication you can take for anxiety. Would have been nice if someone would have told me. Don't go here!!
