Birch Elementary School, located in Broomfield, Colo., offers educational programs and activities to students in grade kindergarten through five. The school offers classes in various subjects, such as English, Spanish, math, science, social studies, computer and physical education. The school also provides meal services to its students. Students make projects on various topics, such as Colorado wildlife, Australian animals, Native American, USA states and capitals, colonial America and endangered species. Birch Elementary School has various clubs and organizations, including band and orchestra, handbell choir, art, math, morning math, spelling bee and student council. The school additionally offers gifted and talented education program for students with exceptional abilities.
