Rosewood Gardens Rehab and Nursing Center is a spacious facility located conveniently in Malvern, PA. Check back for our ‘in-progress’ renovations. Rosewood Gardens proudly offers Resident Centered Care as part of our Spark Rehabilitation Program. We also provide Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Respiratory Therapies in addition to our Skilled Nursing care.
