Our motto is "Let the buyer be AWARE", not "buyer BEWARE". Discover major defects before-hand. We'll arm you with the information you need to make an informed decision. Our opinion is "unbiased". We do not do repair work nor do we refer contractors. You are invited to travel along with us as we inspect the single biggest investment you'll most likely ever make. We assure you it will be very informative. And although we do NOT perform Pest or Radon Inspections, we can arrange for them to be done in conjunction with your home inspection. We offer a "narrative style" comprehensive inspection report as a permanent record of your inspection. Call our office to get a price quote and to schedule.
